All staff receive safeguarding awareness training as part of their induction. Passenger Assistants receive additional training to support children with a wide range of special educational needs.

Are your vehicles insured?

Yes. All our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance covering every journey. Our fleet is also regularly inspected and maintained to the highest standards.

Will my child always have a Passenger Assistant on board?

Yes. A trained Passenger Assistant travels on every journey alongside the driver, providing direct support to children throughout the trip.
